Blood type diet for healthy lifestyle
In order to solve the problems of weight that are the overweight and the obesity, a healthy diet is much needed to be done. There are many kinds of healthy diet that is offer by the doctor, and one of the diets is the blood type diet. This kind of diet has been introduced by Peter D’Adamo, a naturopathic physician. Actually this doctor has been released a book that is about diet, the title are Eat Right for Your Type. Peter D’Adamo said that blood type is the most important factor that can affect the digestive system and there’s food that is can be consumed by the current blood type but for other type it could be very dangerous.
In this blood type diet, the diet is divided in to the type of blood. People who have blood type A have the vegetarian diet profile and should avoid meat, dairy, kidney beans, lima beans and wheat in order to have the weight loss. The people who have blood type B are the balance omnivore diet profile. They are allowed to consume meat (no chicken), dairy, grains, beans, legumes, vegetables and fruits. For the weight loss purpose, they should avoid the corn, lentil, peanuts, sesame, seeds, buckwheat and wheat.
For the people who have the AB blood type in this blood type diet is the mixed diet in a moderation profile. They can consume the meat, seafood, dairy; tofu, beans, legumes, grains, vegetables and fruits and the food that they are prohibited to be consumed are the red meat, kidney beans, lima beans, seeds, corn and buckwheat in reducing the weight. The last is the O blood type; this is the high protein or the meat eaters’ profile. They should limit the consumption of grains, beans and legumes and should avoid the wheat, corn, kidney beans, navy beans, lentils, and cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and mustard greens.
